Edge - An advantage. Usually used to indicate a casino’s advantage over a player.

En Prison - In Roulette, the money left on the table in some casinos after a 1 to 1 bet when a zero or double zero comes up. A kind of bonus.

Even Money Bet - A bet with 1 to 1 odds. In other words, the payoff is the same as the wager.

Expected Win Rate - In slot machines, the percentage of all money wagered that a player can reasonably expect to win back over time.

Eye in the Sky - Overhead video camera surveillance in a casino. Slang.
